Our Story

I've always believed that the values shared by riders matter more than the disciplines that set them apart.

Growing up in Germany, horses and design were two lifelong passions that shaped my path. I earned a Master's degree in Communications Design and spent years working in branding and fashion, both of which would later influence the creation of Uniqcorn Exceptionnel.

My journey eventually led me to Texas, where for twelve years I lived the day-to-day reality of a professional training operation, managing horses and a busy barn while competing in disciplines ranging from cutting and ranch riding to dressage, sport horse, and halter.

Those experiences taught me that while every discipline has its own traditions, riders everywhere appreciate the same essentials: exceptional quality, exceptional comfort, thoughtful craftsmanship, and the quiet confidence that comes from feeling their best.

I became increasingly interested in what makes a performance garment feel right—the way it sits on the body, the way it moves, and the way it looks from every angle. A pair of breeches, in particular, should flatter the figure from every perspective, following its natural proportions and creating a balanced, elongated silhouette rather than visually dividing the body or adding unnecessary width. That attention to proportion, refinement, and detail became the foundation for how I approached equestrian clothing.

What began at my kitchen table in Germany evolved through Texas and found its home in Palm Beach, bringing together European heritage, practical performance, and effortless elegance for today's equestrian.

That philosophy is at the heart of Dare to Be Exceptional—expecting more from what we wear, appreciating the small details, and knowing that performance can be uncompromising and still beautiful, that function can be refined, and that something made for everyday life can still feel extraordinary.

Every piece is designed, refined, and considered as a whole. The fabric, the fit, the construction, the function, the finish. Nothing is there simply to decorate. Nothing is overlooked.

Being exceptional is not about perfection for its own sake. It is about caring enough to get the details right—and refusing to accept ordinary when extraordinary is possible.

My hope is that every Uniqcorn piece becomes a trusted part of your own equestrian journey—allowing you to ride with confidence, comfort, and timeless style, whether at home in the barn or in the show ring.

Because quality is not a marketing message. It is in the garment itself.
