Return & Exchanges
Full priced merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days of the delivery date.
We offer one complimentary exchange per order to ensure the right fit.
Return Eligibility Requirements
Returned items must:
• Be unworn and unused
• Be in original condition
• Have all original tags attached
• Be free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these requirements are not eligible for refund.
Restocking Fee
A $12 fee applies to all approved returns. The fee is deducted from the refund amount.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the refund.
U.S. Returns (48 Contiguous States)
• A prepaid return label is provided.
• Returns must be requested via email at contact@uniqcorn.com.
• The $12 restocking fee applies.
International & Non-Contiguous U.S. Returns
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• A trackable shipping service is required.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Promotional & Event Discount Purchases
Items purchased using event-specific discounts (including show specials, pop-ups, or in-person promotions):
• Must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
• Must meet standard return condition requirements
• Are eligible for store credit only
• Are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Store credit is issued after inspection and approval.
Sale Items
The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit:
• Items marked “Sale”
• Gift cards
• Personalized items
• Special orders
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must report defective, damaged, or incorrect items immediately upon receipt by emailing contact@uniqcorn.com.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
• The recipient is the importer of record.
• Import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees may apply.
• All customs charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
• Customs duties, taxes, and shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refused shipments due to customs fees will not receive shipping cost reimbursement. Please note that Carriers may hold international shipments for approximately 5 days before returning them to the sender.
